Old Bridge, NJ – The Hermes Expo, a premier networking event for Greek-American and Philhellenic professionals, is proud to announce its honorees for the 32nd annual Hermes Expo Awards Dinner & Entertainment. The event, taking place on June 14th at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, New Jersey, will celebrate the outstanding contributions and achievements of prominent leaders in the Greek-American and Philhellenic communities.
This year’s honorees include:
Ernie Anastos, Emmy TV News Anchor, WABC – An Emmy-award-winning journalist and news anchor with a career spanning over four decades.
Steve & Nancy Kontos, Proprietors, Kontos Foods – Entrepreneurs who have revolutionized the Greek food industry with their delicious bread and pastries.
Sam Matthews, Esq., President, Greek Children’s Fund – A distinguished attorney and philanthropist dedicated to helping underprivileged Greek children.
Jenny Tsantilas, M.Ed., CEO, Superior Schools Corp – A renowned educator and CEO who has made significant contributions to the education sector.
Steve Tenedios, CEO, ST Management – A prominent businessman and restaurateur who has established a successful empire of restaurants across the tri-state area.
Nikolai Y. Markov, DO, General Surgery, Hackensack Meridian Health – A highly skilled surgeon and healthcare professional with a passion for patient care.
George Dangas, M.D., Professor of Medicine & Director of Cardiovascular Innovation, Mount Sinai – A world-renowned cardiologist and innovator who has made significant contributions to the field of cardiovascular medicine.
Elias Iliadis, M.D., Cardiologist, Cooper Heart Institute – A highly skilled cardiologist who has made significant contributions to the field of cardiology.
Fotis Farmakis, Restauranteur, Riverwinds Restaurant – A successful restaurateur with a passion for providing delicious food and excellent service.
George Siamboulis, Past President, Pan Gregorian Enterprises – A respected member of the Greek-American community and former president of Pan Gregorian Enterprises.

The Hermes Expo Awards Dinner & Entertainment will feature a lavish cocktail hour, open bar, awards presentation, sit-down dinner, and Greek dancing with entertainment from Stavros Theodorou Orchestra. The Honorable James Polos, Commissioner of the New Jersey Police
Training Commission, will serve as the master of ceremonies for the evening.
